2. Account responsibilities

3. Patient and doctor accounts

Patients and doctors may be asked to provide different information. Doctor accounts require administrative review and verification before professional features are enabled.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, or use MedGuard AI for unlawful activity.

5. Medical records

You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you upload are lawful, accurate, and appropriate for your account.

6. Service availability

Features may be updated, suspended, or changed to improve safety, security, or performance. Competition and development versions may contain incomplete features.

7. Account suspension

Accounts may remain pending, be restricted, or be removed when verification fails, information is false, or these terms are violated.
